Cryptid Films, LLC develops films, scripts and other creative works in Oklahoma. The name is derived from one of its first movies, The Kiamichi Project. Cryptid refers to mythical or legendary creatures such as the Loch Ness Monster, Sasquatch, Yeti and the Chupacabra. The movie will be filmed on location in the nearby Kiamichi Mountains, an area rife with legends and anecdotes about Big Foot sightings.
